Here's a flavour of the sorts of comments I get about my courses. I keep careful records of delegate feedback and examine it carefully for emerging patterns that could indicate a change is needed to an activity or event. I am proud to say that the lowest rating I have ever received was 'Good' and that my record of ratings of 'Very Good' or 'Excellent' is virtually 100%!*You met my needs very well.
